You can place an order online at 13 Beautiful People, and it's very easy! It is also possible to first request a quote via the 'Quotation' option in the menu.

Step 1 Place the desired items in the shopping cart.
Go to the 'Products' option in the menu and click on the desired article group or use the search function at the top of the page.
Go to the article of your choice and click on the button "Click and order"
If you have all the items of your choice in the shopping cart, click on the "Checkout" link in the shopping cart.

Step 2 Provide personal information
If you are ordering for the first time, we ask you to create an account. If you already have an account with 13 Beautiful People, simply log in with your username and password and you don't have to re-enter your details. You also have the option to pay directly without creating an account.
To be able to process your order, we ask you to enter your address details.
If you are in possession of a Grace vanderHeide Photography.nl coupon code or gift voucher, you can redeem it here. Enter the code of the coupon or gift card and the discount will be automatically deducted from the total amount.
Step 3 Choose shipping method
Choose from the available shipping methods. We do not charge shipping costs for orders in the Netherlands, outside the Netherlands we calculate the shipping costs depending on the country where your order has to be delivered. More information can be found at shipping.
Step 4 Choose payment method
Then you choose how you want to pay. You can pay with us with iDeal, Credit card, PayPal or you transfer the money yourself via bank. More information can be found at payment methods .
Click on the 'Next step' button to complete your order.

Step 5 Overview of your order
Check the details of your order
Click the 'I agree to the terms and conditions' box.
Click on the 'Place order' button to finalize the order.
Depending on your payment method, you will now be forwarded to the relevant payment provider.
After payment of your order you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail.
Track order
At Grace vanderHeide Photography we ship your order on working days within 48 hours with PostNL. You will receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. If possible, we will send your order by letterbox post, so you don't have to stay at home especially for it. For larger orders, your order will be sent as a package and you will receive a track and trace code from us. If you are not at home you will find a note from PostNL in the letterbox. PostNL indicates whether the package has been delivered to the neighbors, whether you can pick it up, or when PostNL will come by again.

Cancel
If you want to cancel your order, you can do this by sending us an email to info@13mooiemensen.nl If the order is already on its way to you or is it being prepared for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible and you will have to return the order.
