If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you can do so by sending us an email to info@13mooiemensen.nl If the order is already on its way to you or is it being prepared for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible and you will have to return the order.

Returns/Cooling Off Period
If you don't like something, you can always exchange or request a refund. This can easily be done by returning the package to our return address. A few conditions do apply:
The shipping costs to return the order are for the account of the customer.
Exchange or request a refund must be made within 14 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges that you send back later than 14 days after purchase will not be processed.
Books become only taken back if we find that the book is undamaged and unused. If the books are in such a condition that resale is no longer possible, your return will not be processed.
If you receive a refund, this will happen within about a week after we have received your package. For the repayment of amounts already paid (in advance), we also need your bank account number. Customers from abroad must also state the IBAN and BIC number of their own bank.
Keep the post office receipt.
